You start off with an almost empty frame and initially four elements on the right-hand side of your screen. These elements are: earth, fire, air and water. You merge these elements on the blank sheet to create new ones. For example, water and air would make steam, therefore, steam is your new element. Now you can use these new elements as well to make more new elements.
There are about 589 different elements that you can create with the right combination. This game is educational too since it gives you a rather simpler recipe of how and what things are made of.
How to play?
Little Alchemy is a simple but interesting game. You play by combining the four elements (earth, fire, air, and water) which create new elements like mud, plant, lava, etc. which will automatically get arranged on the screen, alphabetically. You have to be creative and keep combining the elements to make new and more interesting elements or objects.

The original Little Alchemy game is developed by Recloak Games. The game design is by Jakub Koziol. On December 8th, 2010, it was originally made available through the Google Chrome Webstore, from where it gradually spread to other platforms.
